Andrew Reed
Biography
Andrew is a lawyer with a focus in business and estates law. His practice includes:
Estate planning and administration such as wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and probate applications;
Business law such as incorporations, business sales and purchases, and contract drafting and review; and
Estate litigation such as wills variation claims, passings of accounts, and removal of trustees/executors.
Andrew has an extensive background in marketing, technology, and business and draws on his experience to help clients with personal and business legal planning and execution.
Andrew completed his undergraduate degree in criminology and business with high honors from the University of South Carolina in 2013, serving as President of the Criminal Justice Honors Society. Andrew completed his Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law in 2017, where he served as prosecutor for the school's Honor Court, as Head Representative for Lexis Nexis Legal Research, and as Parliamentarian for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and pickleball. He currently serves as the Legal Chair for the 55+ BC Games to be held in Nanaimo, BC.
His wife, Dr. Stefanie Yao, D.C., owns and operates Victoria Enhanced Sport and Spine in Victoria, BC.
